About the Central West HACC Project
The Central West HACC project delivers HACC services in the Central West with IT training, resources and support though the HACCnet website and IT support components of the project.
The Central West HACCnet is an innovative website that aims to link all HACC services throughout the Central West. The website includes online tools to assist and promote efficiencies in work practices. It provides great potential for building on existing networks and promotes new ways of sharing and managing information online.
HACC Services in the Central West also have access to free IT training, as well as IT support.
Aged and disability services are encouraged to submit their news, events, program information and resources for wide dissemination to other services and the community. The project also welcomes suggestions for service/training needs.
Many HACC services are reporting to government electronically and are required to provide data via email and the Internet. Onsite IT training and help-desk assistance (via telephone and email) for HACC services in the Central West provides ongoing IT support for these services.
The Central West HACC Project is a project of TRI Community Exchange Inc, and is funded by Ageing, Disability and Home Care, Department of Human Services NSW (ADHC).
