The Cultural Diversity Policy and Strategy Branch conducted a successful one-day Practice Forum: Building culturally responsive services', for DADHC and funded services staff on Thursday 28 May 2009. The focus of the Forum was to build staff skills and capabilities in working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. It explored models of good practice and identified current and emerging issues and challenges for DADHC in working with CALD clients.
